This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES; DISCLAIMER OF USE

TERMINATION
NOVERUS shall have the right to terminate your use of the site in the event any of your activities are in breach of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement automatically terminates your license and authorization to use the site.

GOVERNING LAW
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of California, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
